Warranty Policy

B3nji’s Auto Repair, Inc. stands behind the quality of our work and parts. We offer a limited warranty on our services and parts to provide our customers with peace of mind and assurance in the quality of our repairs. Warranty Coverage Our warranty covers parts and labor for repairs performed by B3nji’s Auto Repair, Inc. under the following conditions:

• The warranty is valid for 1 year or 12,000 miles from the date of service, whichever comes first.
• This warranty applies only to parts supplied and installed by B3nji’s Auto Repair, Inc.
• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the service.

Exclusions Our warranty does not cover:

• Parts or services not supplied or performed by B3nji’s Auto Repair, Inc.
• Customer-supplied parts
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or environmental factors
• Normal wear and tear
• Subsequent repairs or alterations made by other repair facilities

Customer-Supplied Parts B3nji’s Auto Repair, Inc. does not provide any warranty for customer-supplied parts. The installation of such parts is done at the customer’s own risk. Warranty Claims To make a warranty claim:

1. Contact B3nji’s Auto Repair, Inc. as soon as you notice an issue.
2. Bring your vehicle to our shop for inspection.
3. Provide the original repair invoice.

We will inspect the vehicle and determine if the issue is covered under our warranty. If covered, we will repair or replace the defective part at no cost to you. Limitations

• This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part and associated labor.
• B3nji’s Auto Repair, Inc. is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
• This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Utah State Law This warranty policy complies with Utah state laws governing automotive repairs and warranties. As per Utah Code Ann. § 13-11-4, this warranty does not exclude or limit any implied warranties or remedies for breach that may apply under state law.

Policy Changes B3nji’s Auto Repair, Inc. reserves the right to modify this warranty policy at any time. Any changes will not apply retroactively to services already performed.
